Louis Burke Unit 4

 

  I have completed the budget plan so that I can plan how much money I will need to spend on the film production overall. I have put some plans in place to lower the cost of the total money spent for example I am going to be the director and I am going to borrow most of the equipment from school. I had to everything into consideration as everything costs money and I don't want to miss anything out and have an incorrect grand total. This positively effects me in the pre-production stage as I can predict the amount of money I am going to spend and I will know what is costing me as well as how much it is.

I have completed the Action Plan so that I can organise when I am going to do all the pre-production activities, as well as giving myself a deadline that I have to complete it in. This makes it easier for me to be able to complete my film on time and gives me a deadline to finish tasks by. I had to give myself reasonable deadlines for each activity when making this ensuring I have enough time to complete each task but also making sure I don't give my self too much time.
